Forex Forecast Challenge Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PROMOTION

By entering into the Forex Forecast Challenge you agree to the terms and conditions below.

The organiser of the Forex Forecast Challenge is the brokerage company Switch Markets International PTE Ltd. Any winning(s) due to Participants of this promotion shall constitute sole liability of Switch Markets International PTE Ltd.

By entering into the Forex Forecast Challenge you agree to the General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Switch Markets International PTE Ltd.

By entering into the Forex Forecast Challenge you give Switch Markets International PTE Ltd permission to contact you via marketing communications.

To enter, the Participant must enter a valid email address that was not created within the past 6 months at the time of registration. The email must then be verified via verification link in an automated email. The Participant will also require a unique mobile number that requires verification. Only one account can be created per individual.

Only one opportunity to guess all 3 currency pair results per Participant, per week (7 calendar days). The Forex Forecast Challenge resets every 7 days. Participants can enter each week, but only participate in one contest at any one moment in time. Participants can only log one price forecast per pair in any unique weekly contest. Participants are not permitted to enter concurrent challenges.

To win a cash prize you must accurately guess the price of a qualifying currency pair at the NY session close time on Friday (GMT server time). Price feeds for the Forex Forecast Challenge are from tradingview.com and are not controlled or managed by Switch Markets International PTE Ltd.

You can win a cash prize for guessing 1 pair correctly, 2 pairs correctly and 3 pairs correctly. If you correctly guess 1 pair, you will receive $1,000 in cash. If you correctly guess 2 pairs, you will receive $20,000 and correctly guess all 3 currency pairs and you could win $100,000 cash.

You must correctly guess the currency pairs in sequence, e.g. currency pair 1, and currency pair 2, and then currency pair 3. If you correctly guess 1 pair but this is the 2nd pair in the sequence then you would not be eligible to win a cash prize.

If there are multiple winners then the prize pot will be split. E.g. if 2 people correctly guess all 3 currency pair results then the $100,000 prize pot would be divided into $50,000 each. If 5 people correctly guessed pair 1, then each winner would receive $200.

Cash prizes will be credited to a Live Switch Markets International PTE Ltd trading account. The prize funds can be used by the Forex Forecast Challenge winner in trading with Switch Markets International PTE Ltd or withdrawn as cash from the account at any time by any of the available withdrawal methods.You must pass compliance based KYC requirements before you can withdraw your winnings.

We reserve the right to adjust the prize amount at any time during the Forex Forecast Challenge. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone any active challenges in progress that’s awaiting results.

The winner will be contacted via email (from support@switchmarkets.com) within 7 working days of winning any prize. The winner then has 5 working days to respond to support@switchmarkets.com to accept their prize win. Failure to respond to the prize win will mean the prize offer is revoked and the cash prize will be used for the next Forex Forecast Challenge cycle.

If a winner can't pass KYC (get Live account approved in maximum 2 weeks), this means they refuse to accept the prize

Winners can only win the top prize (all 3 pairs correctly guessed) once and cannot win for a second time. Winners of one or two currency pair guesses can win multiple times.

Switch Markets International PTE Ltd employees and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in this Forex Forecast Challenge.

Forex Forecast Challenge winners of cash prizes agree to their winners stories being shared in marketing materials and website pages. This includes but is not limited to permission to use winners social media accounts for public verification purposes.

Switch Markets International PTE Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion, to alter, amend or terminate the promotion or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. However, Switch Markets International PTE Ltd will post changes (if any) on their website.

Switch Markets International PTE Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion, including the prize fund, without prior notice to the Participants, as well as to temporarily suspend the conduct of the promotion or terminate it completely.

In the event that a Forex Forecast Challenge Participant uses unscrupulous methods (manipulations with duplicate accounts, additional accounts, gamification, etc.) in order to obtain an unreasonable advantage in the Forex Currency Pair results and thus the drawing of prizes, Switch Markets International PTE Ltd, may, by its sole decision, deprive such Participant of the right to participate in the Forex Forecast Challenge. The guess submissions received by such Participants will be cancelled.

All disputes or situations not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Switch Markets International PTE Ltd management in a manner it deemed to be fairest to all concerned parties. Such a decision shall be final and binding to the Participant.

It is recommended that Participants carefully and regularly keep up to date on the T&Cs and or updates, please note that by continuing to participate in this promotion and the use of Switch Market’s services constitutes the acceptance and agreement to be bound by any amendment or alteration to the promotion.

Switch Markets International PTE Ltd shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), costs, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or opening a live trading account with Switch Markets International PTE Ltd.

If Switch Markets International PTE Ltd suspects that the Participant has abused or attempted to abuse the promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards Switch Markets International PTE Ltd, Switch Markets International PTE Ltd reserves the right to deny, withhold, cancel or withdraw from that Participant any amounts, and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of this promotion and client agreement with respect to that Participant, either temporarily or permanently, or to terminate that Participant's access to the services and/or block that Participant's account(s).

Switch Markets International PTE Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise. These Terms & Conditions are made in English. Any other language translation is provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and the translation into any other language, English version shall prevail.
